Cardinals have more coronavirus cases after latest tests

The St. Louis Cardinals’ coronavirus problem has gotten worse.

The team on Sunday received more positive test results, according to multiple reports. The latest round of test results were “not good,” a source told ESPN.

The Cardinals previously were known to have four positives, including three players and one member of the coaching staff. Other tests were reportedly inconclusive. The Cardinals went through more testing Sunday morning and were expecting results Sunday night, according to ESPN.

St. Louis’ weekend series against the Milwaukee Brewers was postponed. The Cardinals were supposed to begin a four-game series against the Tigers on Tuesday.
