House Judiciary Committee chairman Jerry Nadler (D., N.Y.) stated Friday the board may hold hearings to probe the Justice Department’s conclusion to shed its case against prior Trump national security advisor Michael Flynn.
“We’re looking into all of this,” Nadler said. “We are going to hold hearings on the Flynn matter,” Nadler told CNN’s Manu Raju, including that his staff is speaking to former prosecutors and whistleblowers, in addition to individuals “overruled in these kinds of matters.”
