John Travolta paid tribute to his late wife — and mother of his three children — Kelly Preston on Mother’s Day.
On Sunday, the “Pulp Fiction” star, 67, shared two sweet family photos alongside a touching caption.
“Dearest Kelly, you brought into my life three of the most wonderful children I have ever known,” Travolta wrote. “We love and miss you. Happy Mother’s Day.”
The first photo featured Travolta and Preston lying in bed with daughter Ella, now 21, and then newborn son, Benjamin who is now 10.
The second snap was of the couple with their oldest child Jett. Jett tragically died in 2009 at the age of 16 after suffering a seizure dur ing a family vacation in the Bahamas.
Ella commented on her father’s post with heart emojis.
This Mother’s Day was the first that the Travolta family celebrated without the “Twins” star, who passed away following a two-year battle with breast cancer last July. She was 57 years old. Travolta and Preston were married for 28 years after tying the knot in Paris in 1991.
He also paid tribute to Preston on what would have been her 58th birthday in July.
The “Grease” star posted a photo of his parents’ wedding next to a picture of his and Preston’s and wrote, “Happy Birthday hon! I found this photo of my mom and dad‘s wedding. It was nice to see ours alongside theirs. All my love, John.”
Last month, Travolta remembered Jett on what would have been his 29th birthday.
“Happy birthday my beautiful Jetty. I love you,” he captioned a black-and-white photo on Instagram.
