Hollywood superstar Kim Kardashian wasn’t always a showstopping fashion icon and Covergirl.
Sure, she had a passion for the currents trends, like, when, alongside Paris Hilton, Nikki Lund, and Kimberly Stewart, during her socialite years. But some of her early choices in clothing were massive faux-pas.
Fans first met Kim as the star of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” back in 2007, when she attended one of her first-ever red carpets events sporting all the accessories: hoop earrings, sunglasses, a high-end designer purse, and a thick chunky belt.
Only a few years before—alongside her sisters, Kourtney, Khloe, and Kylie, Kim was playing dress-up at home with Hilton, Stewart, and Lund pretending to be Spice Girls.
By 2011, the reality star redefined her image, going for more plunging necklines and metallic looks.
In 2013 Kim attended the Met Gala, wearing a stunning floral Givenchy outfit. This look had fashionistas and fans far and wide, divided, but the controversy surrounding her style kept her on the front pages of gossip magazines worldwide.
It wasn’t before long that ‘Kim K’ was starting to appear comfortable with her newfound fame. And with confidence came the obligatory ‘flesh-flashing,’ on and off the red carpet.
Kim stole the limelight in 2017 in a two-piece Balmain outfit. This look was a showstopping moment for the star.
We do not forget the time when she rocked several jaw-dropping looks that earned her the ‘queen of latex’ crown.
Mugler was on the design menu at this year’s Met Gala, when she chose ‘that’ wow-worthy latex corset a fashion moment that took over eight months to create.
The look was a big win for Kim. Fans went wild at her ‘on-show’ midsection, which gave her the hourglass waist that now defines her style.
Known for shaking up her look from time-to-time, at this year’s Emmys, Kim went classic, cutting a more authoritative figure, in two velvet dresses figure-hugging gowns.
