NEW YORK — New York City public school buildings will not reopen for instruction this school year.
The announcement was made this morning, April 11, by NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio and NYC Department of Education Chancellor Richard Carranza.
While the buildings will not reopen for instruction this school year, remote learning will remain continue.
