Google had launched Android 10 OS previously this year for the Pixel smartphones and a few others. And now, a new report has surfaced regarding Samsung’s Android 10 beta program.
An early Android 10 build running on one Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus phone previous month indicated the company is working on creating the update. And now, according to SamMobile, these efforts would be available soon to users of Samsung smartphone.
A reliable tipster has informed the outlet that Samsung’s Android 10 beta program will be released to Galaxy Note 10 and S10 series this fall.
Details of Samsung Android 10 beta program:
As per SamMobile, Samsung’s beta program for Android 10 will most likely be announced towards September end. Later, the Android 10 beta program will be released in the US and a few nations in Europe in early October, the report said.
A few people might recall that Samsung had released its Android Pie-based One UI beta for Galaxy S9 back in last November. The company had also rolled out the beta program for its Galaxy Note 9 series later the same month. As such, there is no reason left to think that Samsung would leave out Galaxy Note 10 from its new Android 10 beta program.
In fact, Samsung had even opened the beta program for Galaxy Note 8 and S8 duo as well at that time. But sadly, as those handsets are not Android 10 compatible, there is no point expecting for some miracle.
Samsung had surpassed the Android Pie-based One UI beta program quite quickly. Stable Android Pie update for Galaxy S9 was rolled out on 24 December last year. This was the fastest release of a major software rollout by Samsung. And now, hopefully, we will likely get to see the same speed for the Android 10 OS as well.
Besides, it’s still unclear as to what features Samsung would really introduce with the new Android 10 beta update. Well, we’ll have to wait for the beta program to be launched to get answers to these questions.
