Second suspect arrested in NYC slaying

A second suspect has been arrested for the killing of a Queens man.

Kevin Guerra, 21, was collared Friday and charged with murder and weapons possession in connection to the June 30 slaying of 21-year-old Dante Sartillian, police said Saturday.

Joshua Petillo, 23, was arrested July 27 for his role in the Sartillian’s death, cops said. He was also charged with murder, criminal use of a firearm and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

Sartillian was shot in the chest on 40th Road in Elmhurst at around 11:40 p.m., according to cops.

The victim was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital by private means, where he was pronounced dead.
